Oren Fuerst, Ph.D. Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Dr. Fuerst is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and inventor of technologies commercialized by numerous medical companies. Chairman of Fuerst Technologies, a New York-based investment, strategy and ideas nurturing boutique, which he founded in 1999. Among the companies he co-founded in recent years: Circ MedTech, the developer of PrePex, an HIV prevention medical device; Medivizor, a personalized health information company, and LabStyle, the developer of the Dario diabetes diagnostics medical device and management platform. He also co-founded Tevel, a network of angel investors focused on Israeli-related technology companies. He was the initiator and co-Director of the Technology Valuation Executive Program at Columbia Business School, and served as a faculty member at Yale University School of Management and the Yale International Center for Finance. Dr. Fuerst holds a Masters degree and a Ph.D. from Columbia Business School. He holds a dual bachelor's degree from Tel Aviv University (Dual Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting and Economics.

Mr. Carmeli is an experienced entrepreneur and the founder & chairman of Viasci, a private equity investment fund focused on disruptive technology companies. In 1991 Mr. Carmeli co-founded Saga, Inc. a software company, which introduced an award-winning suite of applications for the legal market, with clients in the U.S. Canada & Australia. In 2011, Saga, which he led as the CEO, was acquired by Client Profiles. He is an attorney, licensed to practice law in Israel and the U.S., and has a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University. He is also a former Captain at the IDF.
Professor Steven Kaplan, Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Kaplan is a world-renowned urologist and researcher, and co-founded numerous technology initiatives, including MediData Solutions (NASDAQ: MDSO), the largest clinical trials data management company. Medidata is the leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for clinical research in life sciences with clients including over 90% of the top 25 global pharmaceutical companies; innovative biotech, diagnostic and device firms; leading academic medical centers; and contract research organizations. Dr. Kaplan is the E. Darracott Vaughan Professor of Urology and Chief of the Institute of Bladder and Prostate Health at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Director of the Iris Cantor Men's Health Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has published more than 850 articles and 140 abstracts, and has made over 275 presentations in more than 35 countries. Dr. Kaplan is a member of more than 30 professional organizations and holds several leadership positions at both The New York Presbyterian Hospital and the American Urologic Association. He has been awarded five NIH (National Institutes of Health) grants.

Internationally renowned cardiologist Ludomirsky is the Andrall E. Pearson Professor of Pediatric Cardiology and Director of Pediatric Cardiology at Langone NYU Medical Center. He previously served as Prof. of Pediatrics and Biomedical Engineering at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and Director of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at the St. Louis Children's Hospital. He also served as Venture Partner at Advent International, a Boston-based venture capital fund.

The Arthur J. Samberg Professor of Professional Practice at Columbia Business School. The co-Director of Columbia Business School's Center for Excellence in Accounting and Security Analysis. Previously Vice Chairman Client Services of Morgan Stanley and Head of the Global Valuation and Accounting Team. He served on the Standards Advisory Council to the International Accounting Standards Board, and was a member of the International Capital Markets Advisory Committee at the New York Stock Exchange. Has provided advice on international accounting, controllership, valuation and investor relations issues to many large, international corporations.

Since 1986, Dr. Hoenlein has served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the coordinating body on international and national concerns for 52 national American Jewish organizations. Previously, he served as the founding Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater New York. He serves on the Boards of numerous companies, Including LabStyle Innovations, Bank Leumi USA.
